What should we bake next?

Please read these terms before you enter. By submitting a suggestion you agree to them.

1. Who is running this

The promoter is Roll Boys Ltd, trading as Roll Boys, registered in England and Wales, company number 15616115, registered office Unit 70, Containerville, 40 The Oval, London, E2 9DT ("Roll Boys", "we", "us").

2. Who can enter

1. The promotion is open to people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom.
2. Employees, agency staff and contractors of Roll Boys, the production kitchen that supplies us, and the business that shares our shop unit, and their immediate families, cannot enter.
3. You can submit more than one suggestion, but you can win a maximum of one prize.

3. How to enter

1. No purchase is necessary. Enter by completing the suggestion form on this page with your name, email address and roll flavour name.
2. The promotion runs from the date this page goes live until we end it. We can end or pause it at any time and will update this page if we do.
3. Entries must be made by you personally. Entries made by bots, scripts or entry services are not valid.

4. What counts as a winning suggestion

1. We decide, at our sole discretion, which suggestions we turn into a product. Submitting a suggestion does not mean it will be made.
2. We may combine, adapt or change a suggested flavour. A flavour is "launched" when we first make it available for sale to the public in our shop.
3. The winner of a launched flavour is the person who first submitted that flavour idea. We decide who was first using the date and time recorded when each suggestion was received.
4. If more than one person suggests substantially the same flavour, we decide, acting fairly and reasonably, whether suggestions are substantially the same. The person who submitted the earliest of them wins.
5. If a suggestion is only partly used (for example, we use one element of a combined idea), we decide whether it qualifies. Our decision is final.
6. We will not choose a winner for any flavour that is not launched. There is no deadline by which we must launch any flavour.

5. The prize

1. The prize is 4 Roll Boys rolls of the winning flavour, to be collected in our shop. If we sell the flavour in more than one size or format, we choose which one the prize covers.
2. We will email the winner at the address they gave us within 14 days of launch. The winner then has 60 days from the date of that email to claim the prize by replying and then collecting it during opening hours. After that the prize expires.
3. If we cannot reach a winner, or a winner does not respond within 14 days of our email, we may withdraw the prize and offer it to the next earliest qualifying suggestion.
4. The prize is not transferable. There is no cash or other alternative. We do not offer delivery.
5. Allergen information for all our products is available in the shop. It is your responsibility to check it before you eat the prize.
6. If the exact flavour becomes unavailable, we may offer a reasonable alternative of similar value.

6. Your suggestion

1. Your suggestion must be your own idea and must not be offensive, unlawful, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove or disqualify any suggestion that is.
2. You keep any rights you have in your idea, but by entering you give Roll Boys a free, permanent, worldwide right to use, adapt and sell products based on it without further payment to you, other than the prize if you win.
3. Comments or feedback you give are optional and are not part of your entry. Leaving feedback, or a review on Google or anywhere else, does not improve your chances of winning, and we do not ask for or reward any particular kind of review.
4. We may mention the winning flavour and the winner's first name on our website, in the shop and on social media. We will ask you first before using your surname or photo.

7. General

1. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of a technical fault.
2. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
3. We can update these terms at any time. Changes do not affect a suggestion that has already been confirmed as a winner.
4. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.

What we collect and why

1. Your name, email address, roll flavour name and any details you give on how it is built, served and eaten. We use these to read and assess your suggestion, to decide who was first to suggest a flavour, and to contact you if you win. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the promotion and developing our products.
2. Newsletter sign up. We only send you the newsletter if you tick the newsletter box. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect your entry in the promotion.
3. Your comments or feedback, if you send any after your suggestion. We keep these with your first name and email so we can reply if needed. We use these to improve our products and service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in doing so. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your comments.
4. The date and time of your entry. We keep this to decide who was first.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers who host this page, receive the form, and send our emails. We do not sell your data. These providers are Netlify, which hosts this page and receives the form, and the email service we use to send our newsletter and winner emails.

How long we keep it

We keep suggestions and contact details for up to 24 months from the date you submit them, or until the prize is claimed or expires if you win, whichever is later. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing reachme@rollboys.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
